When the door first opened to the Princess Theatre back in 1888 little did anyone know that her elegant vintage charm would continue to draw a crowd. This heritage-listed historical theatre was originally built with music and the performing arts in mind and over 125 years on it is still consider a premier venue that has played host to many theatre performances, bands, instrumental musicians, and independent artists. This family friendly venue is perfect for all age events and ticketed performances.

• Huge 8m x 8m main stage with 2m x 13m stage apron
• 4m x 4m portable stage also available
• Red velvet curtains
• Travellers curtains located at position 1 and position 2 on the main stage
• 5m x 8m cyclorama (projection screen) with rear projection
• Green room

Audio, vision and lighting at the Princess Theatre is managed by IJS Productions, partner of the Theatre for the past 15 years.
